    Instant Mass® Heavyweight provides the body with protein from Whey Protein Concentrate, Micellar Casein, Native Whey and Hydrolysed Whey Protein. The whey is from the milk of grass-fed cows, which research shows improves the quality of the whey protein. Instant Mass Heavyweight contains creatine, which enhances physical performance over successive bursts of short-term high intensity exercise. It also contains L-Glutamine, 18 vitamins and minerals and friendly bacteria. Now available with Reflex Crunchy Pieces included – Real pieces of marshmallow and cookies in Chocolate Rocky Road and real cookie chunks in Cookies & Cream for a great-tasting shake that tastes like a treat whilst getting you one step closer to your goal.
