Been waiting to review it till I consumed at least most of it. It's a very good pre workout for sure. Definitely not for those with low caffeine tolerance. I need at least 300 mg of caffeine so I take about 1.5 scoops sometimes . But that's just ME! Definitely follow instructions and assess as needed.The flavor is good, a lil sweet for my taste, but still delicious. It did came in a little clumpy, not as refined as some others I've tried, but a good shake of the container will definitely loosen it up. Just don't open it right away, or you'll inhale pre workout, which will definitely take it to another level. Or do, if that's your thing, I won't judge! Overall, got some great energy, some serious pumps. It does what it's supposed to.

I got the Lemon Sherbert one, and the flavour is great. Not even great for a sports drink, but actually nice. The caffiene definitley has an effect, the recommended serving contains about 2/3 of the recommended daily allowance, so it packs a punch. Contains plenty of other stuff that is apparently good to. Doesn't give me the "fizzy skin" feeling that some pre workout does (apparenty that's due to excessive quantites of Beta Alanine, but citation needed there). Plesant flavour, effective and competative price. Can't go wrong!

I was really excited to sample this pre workout supplement. After trying others I was intrigued how this would compare in both taste and more importantly results. It comes in a tub of 25 servings. The tub is the same size and weight as some of its competitors but very quickly I realised the scoop included was much bigger. Therefore is slightly more expensive per drink than some of its competitors. I followed the simple instructions located on the side of the tub and my drink was ready in seconds. I drank it and headed off to my workout. Before I get to the results, I must say I was super impressed with the flavour. It was certainly sweet and zingy as you would expect a lemon sherbet. During my workout I found the initial phase a little less explosive than my usual caffeine based pre workouts however I was certainly able to workout at equally as high an intensity but for a longer and more sustained period. This will be due to the teacrine working similarly to caffeine but having a much longer lasting boost. Overall I am very impressed with this pre workout. I found it to be longer lasting and absolutely delicious. If you're looking for something that fits this description then I would highly recommend it.

This is a nice flavoured sherbet lemon pre workout powder drink , it comes with a scoop and is easy to use and mixes fine with 300ml of water , although I recommend cold water for a better and more refreshing taste. Each scoop is 12g , you get 25 servings per tub , it definitely gives you that boost and the energy and focus to train harder , it gives you a lift before a workout, I take it 30 minutes before my bike ride and it works very well. I like the taste , its easy to drink, it's a shame you don't get 30 scoops to last a month. There are also beneficial ingredients and vitamins, B3, B6 and B12 as well as only 13 calories per drink it is a good pre workout drink that is easy to prepare and gives you that extra energy powered by caffeine, Dynamine and teacrine. I've been enjoying it so far before my bike rides.

The taste of this pre-workout is quite sweet, but not too much, especially if you use a bit more water than suggested. I tried both with the suggested amount (300ml) and more (500ml): I got better results with 500ml compared to 300ml. If you follow the instructions the taste is too strong and can be overwhelming. This pre-workout works as expected: it gives you some energy to fuel your training, but don't expect anything from this world. It mixes well with water when using a shaker bottle with a shaker ball inside, leaving no clumps. If you let it rest for a while, you can notice it settle down a bit, having a bit of undissolved powder at the bottom of the shaker. Just give it another quick shake and you'll be good to drink it. The lemon flavour is on the spot: not too sweet nor too bitter, or acidic. Great thing considering how awful some of those pre-workouts could taste, having massive chemical aftertaste - this has NOT.

Packaging 📦 : Arrived well packaged and sealed, cannister very informative and included ingredients etc. No issues. Quality 🤔 : You get plenty of powder for your money and it is of good quality, Similar to other top brand pre-workout powders on the market Good points ✅️ : Tastes nice and very lemony! Started working right away and didn't need much powder to start feeling effects. Negative points ❌️: As with some other pre-workouts this did make my face a bit itchy but wore off with the other effects so not lasting.
