The tablets are small and easy to swallow. The cost I've found, has risen overnight, but I will continue to buy it, as this company delivers quickly.

Having recently gotten over a really nasty chest infection, when I had signs of yet another cold starting, I thought I'd try and boost my immune system with some echinacea. This product absolutely did the trick! 24 hours later, not a sign of a sniffle. I'll continue to take them now until germ season is over!

I have been taking only two of these tablets daily for about 10 weeks and I seem to be keeping colds away. I don't know whether it is these tablets working but I am putting it down to that.

After 2 weeks of a horrible cough and chest infection

After 2 weeks of a horrible cough and chest infection and having taken packets of cold and flu tablets, I went to the docs (Yes, I actually managed to see one in person, but they said unless I was coughing up blood or having chest pains they wouldn't prescribe antibiotics!) After speaking with a friend about it, she insisted I buy this brand of echinacea, literally swearing that I'd feel better! She suggested I take the full recommended dose of 6. After 2 days I felt so much better! The cough subsided and I am managing to sleep without waking every 30 minutes. Said friend takes 2 a day and hasn't had a cold for 3 years. If she feels a cold coming on she ups her dose to 6 and she said that wards it off. I'm going to be doing the same from now on!
