I bought this as I have recently been diagnosed with cataracts, so it is a preventative measure. I will have my eyes tested again in another year and leave another review. Interestingly the optician advised me that the best way to avoid cataracts is to wear sunglasses as it is exposure to sunlight that causes them! So I am trying to remember to wear them more often. Also, the manufacturers of this product have a 3 for the price of 2 offer on their own website .
