- Two 5ml teaspoonfuls per day. Pregnacare Liquid should not be taken on an empty stomach. Recommended with or following a meal.Safety WarningDo not exceed the recommended intake. Vitamin K is not known to specifically interact with the action of aspirin or heparin.
