I use it for my smoothies. It tastes much better

I use it for my smoothies. It tastes much better than regular vanilla products. Tastes like proper vanilla bean. It's perfect for milkshakes, smoothies and ice-creams. On it's own with a good plant based milk (like Plenish Coconut or Hazelnut) it's delicious as well.

I've been vegan for well over a year and tried

I've been vegan for well over a year and tried many different protein powders. I received some free samples of the new Reflex Nutrition Plant Based range and I was incredibly impressed. All three flavours are really tasty (the cacao and caramel is a personal favourite) and they mix really well. They work equally well with water as they do with plant milk. Like most powders, it's more of a milkshake taste with the plant milk. I love that the whole recipe is actually plant based, rather than just the removal of dairy from the ingredients. It's low sugar and has no artificial flavours which is perfect. As well as my body, I'm conscious about the environment to and it's great to see that you are able to recycle the scoops AND the pouch is compostable, so waste is at a minimum (so important for vegan products) As a marathon runner my training and recovery is really important to me and I feel like this new range from Reflex is really helping me achieve my goals.
