I bought this for my 5 year old who frequently wets himself day and night. I hear magnesium can help is overactive bladder is the culprit. Sure enough, it has helped a lot. What a lifesaver!

I give this to my son in the morning. We've seen a huge change in his anxiety and behaviors at school 10/10! Easy to mix and directions simple. Best price around as well. It gives your beverage a fizzy consistency and we mix with apple juice. It's bitter.

Great tasting and easy to mix. I wish the price was a bit cheaper as compared to other similar mixes but it seems to help make a difference in our little ones ability to stay relaxed
We are on our 2nd container, the powder dissolves easily, taste good a little citrusy for my taste, I mix about 3 or water and 1 ounce of naked juice and give it to my son, he drinks it with no problem. We went from counting to 100 about 2-3 times before he fall sleep to a good night, good night and a maybe 1-2 minutes and he is nock out and he stays sleep until next morning. I do add 75 mg of GABA and he also takes Omega 3 at night time.
