It helps me relax at night before bed

I have used other forms of magnesium so was interested in this one, since is a bioavailable form of magnesium that can cross the blood-brain barrier. I took one before bed and I did notice that I seemed to feel relaxed faster with this, than with my other magnesium I normally use. I am going to keep using it, I feel like it put me in a deeper sleep. No digestive upset at all. So far, really good!

Works great

I did a lot of research on this formula as a sleep aid. Read lots of reviews and I am pleased to say I believe it works well to help me fall asleep. I combine this with 5mg melatonin, so I don't really know, if on its own, it works. I fall asleep fast and sleep deeply for most of the night. Plus, it's not a pharmaceutical. I get this brand on auto ship.

I take this every evening with dinner, and it really helps me to wind down when I need to. If you're the type who is going all day and find it hard to sit and relax at the end of the day, or like me actually feel sore once you sit down for a bit, this may help. It's just one capsule, very easy to swallow, no side effects.

Helped me relax and sleep well. Not sure how well it kept me calm during the day. It's easy to swallow. I will keep taking it, and report back if anything adverse or amazing happens.
