Got these after having carpal tunnel surgery as zinc helps to promote healing. These are easy to swallow, can't say that I've tasted them and I've definitely had a quick recovery. Photo is after 5 weeks, I also took high strength vitamin C & D Hope this helps x

Ive got PCOS and we'd been TTC for almost 2 years taking supplements with a higher price and claiming bit things. Got our positive test the day after I finished my first bottle of this. Don't take on an empty stomach though. It made me so nauseous to begin with
