I think the saltiness is more prominent than the orange flavor. I made my glass according to the”medium” strength by mixing 24oz of water to one packet. 1000mg of salt would be hard to hide, if not impossible. I sipped on it for about an hour & I think it really helped hydrate me. I feel much more alert after consuming this drink… I had not done anything else during this time frame. Would recommend.

I was between this brand and another famous brand, but after reading the nutrition label and ingredients, I decided on this product. Since I couldn't decide what kind I wanted to try. I swear it makes me drink more water after I finish the water cup. I only try to have one a day since it has a lot of vitamins/minerals, but I want to have two a day because it is so good! Anyway, off to order more.
This powder mixes in really easily with water and has a really good orange taste. It is obviously salty tasting since it is an electrolyte powder, but the saltiness tastes really good with the orange flavor. I have tried making my own electrolyte powders in the past, so I know they work. So, I am happy to report that this works just as well as what I make at home and tastes 100x better.
This product is great for electrolytes and energy. If you work out a lot sweat a lot and actually it taste good. Also if you’re on a keto diet or low carb or no no carb diet, it is excellent for energy.
This made a big difference for me.
