Healthy Start Children's Vitamin Drops provide essential vitamins A, C, and D, supporting normal vision, a healthy immune system, and strong bones.
These easy-to-take drops can be given directly on a spoon or mixed with milk, juice, or other liquids. The UK Department of Health recommends that all children aged 6 months to 5 years receive supplements containing vitamins A, C, and D—especially for breastfed babies from birth. However, do not give these drops to children consuming more than 500ml of infant formula daily, as formula already contains added vitamins. Continue providing the supplement until your child turns five to ensure they get sufficient vitamins, particularly during picky eating phases or while introducing new foods.
The Healthy Start Scheme supports low-income families with vouchers for fresh or frozen fruits, vegetables, plain milk, or infant formula. Free vitamin supplements are also included.
