Yes this stuff works. Good for putting on lean mass as mainly helps with the metabolization of carbs, however I found this product more effective for cutting down, it helps burn fat and keeps your stamina up.

I've finished one bottle, I've noticed the difference already. Every day is a leg day for me due to where I work. I decend 7 floors and climb 7 floors, minimum 4 times a day. Just need to get on top of my diet now.
