I find these capsules large but easy to swallow and a great way to boost my vitamin C intake.

Osavi Liposomal Vitamin C, 1000mg arrived in the plastic pot with 120 capsules. It should last me for 2 months as the recommended dose is 2 x 1 tablet daily (after meal). Capsules are of a medium size, but are easy to swallow. I take vitamin C during autumn, winter and spring to strengthen my immune system. Nice packaging with plenty of information about the product. There is even printed capsule in its true size, which would be a good guide for people who have difficulty swallowing tablets. It has a long BBD - 11/2025. It is manufactured somewhere in EU (would be great to know where as EU in big) for company based in Poland. I'm confident that this suplement is of an excellent quality. I'm happy with this liposomal vit C, so I would happily recommend it.

I've been taking these for a few weeks now. I am suitably convinced that they are a good product. Unfortunately I still came down with a cold, so sadly not a cure all, though I'm sure that they must boost my immunity a bit. Maybe I need to take them for longer. The packaging, presentation and contents are all good, and it's a decent dose of vitamin C.

They are on the large side, but I have no problem swallowing them with water. The capsules have no discernible taste or smell. Neither have I noticed any aftertaste or other unwanted side-effects from them. As you may know, Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant with many potential health benefits, such as boosting your immunity and possibly lowering your risk of heart disease. Vitamin C is an essential vitamin which cannot be stored in the body, so you need to take some in every day. Although most people probably get enough Vitamin C in their diet, taking a supplement can help ensure you maintain a healthy level. This supplement contains liposomal Vitamin C, which is more readily absorbed by the body. To achieve this, the vitamin in this type of supplement is encased in microscopic lipid spheres called liposomes. The dosage is substantially higher than the NHS recommended minimum daily intake for standard Vitamin C of 40 mg. This is (I assume) due to the added bulk of the liposomal element. The generally recommended daily dosage of liposomal Vitamin C for adults is 250 to 1000 mg. The recommended serving of this particular supplement is two per day, which would give you 1000 mg. My personal feeling is that if you already eat a balanced diet with a good range of fruit and veg, you could get away with just one a day. That's just my opinion though, and I don't have any medical qualifications. The bottle contains 120 capsules, which at the recommended dose of two a day would last for two months. If you reduce this to one a day, it would of course last twice as long. Overall, this appears a good-quality liposomal vitamin C supplement. Nothing really to criticise, so I am awarding it a full five stars.
