All three offer the same amount of Collagen and Protein, it's just the scoop size is much bigger. If you are not sure wither you need any of these I'd say try the Hair, Skin & Nails. The first one I got was the Tendons & Ligaments and I really believe it helped me out as I was having a lot of knee pain - now all gone. I add these to my morning coffees.
