Easy to mix. I use for hard sessions on the smart trainer. Seems easy to tolerate, 2 x 750ml bottles in 90 mins is six scoops. A bit sweet. If it's on offer not bad value. Might try mixing my own ; maltodextrin and fructose. Don't forget to clean your teeth after use.

These have become my new favourite! I don't even need gels anymore. I've taken these on several marathons and shorter runs and really love the flavour - the only downside is a definitely drink more with them added to my water!!! Really recommend them.

Been using for years and years. On the heavily discounted price I bought it at, it works out half the price of the cheapest gels. I'm not suggesting that this is a replacement in all circumstances, but it definitely does the job. It mixes reasonably well so long as you give it a good old shake. Flavours are okay and it's easy on the stomach.
