I've only tried the vanilla flavour so far but the taste is good and it is quite smooth. One thing to note is that if you make the shake with only powder and water then it can give you a bit of constipation. At one point I was having three scoops per day with only water as the mixer, it was like s***ting out a brick. I found out that if you make the shake in a blender with 1 scoop of powder, 1 piece of fruit like an apple, orange or banana and water then the fibre in the fruit prevents the constipation. If using a blender is too time consuming then have a search for "Ispaghula Husk" or "Psyllium Husk". One scoop of powder, 1 teaspoon of Ispaghula Husk and 400ml of water is good for no constipation. Another thing I would say is very well done to the manufacturer for producing a protein shake with no salt. If you look at the nutrition info for other protein shakes, most of them contain salt and some have horrendously high levels. There is no need to add salt to a protein shake.

Would definitely recommend tastes great, doesn't make me feel bloated and has a good macro ratio.

Initially I did not like this, but I came to actually really enjoy it. What you should know: Very lumpy if hand mixing. Tastes like if you blended weetabix and sugar Porridge texture if using milk (sort of). I do not think it tastes nice with water. If you are looking for something you can down quickly, this is not it but you may come to like it as I did.

Ok, start by understanding that this is never going to taste like pure chocolate. I started with the vanilla flavour and noticed that it was just a hint of flavour, which I liked. I cannot stand artificial-tasting things, which is what most flavoured vegan proteins taste like (perhaps also whey protein but I can't comment because I've never tried). It tasted like something "organic" (not negative) with a hint of vanilla. The same goes for the chocolate, i.e. something "organic" (not negative) with a hint of chocolate. Note: I typically have mine with water or added to a smoothie. On its own, it will never taste as good as a chocolate milkshake (likewise the vanilla will never taste as good as a vanilla milkshake), so get your expectations in line and you won't be disappointed. If, like me, the taste of artificial flavours makes you want to heave, then go for this one. It's also really low in sugar content.

Smooth, great flavour, great price, mixes well. No complaints!
