- Mix 2 heaped scoops (12.9 g) with 300 ml of water. Mix 1 1/2 heaped scoop (9.65 g) with 225 ml of water. Mix 1 heaped scoop (6.4 g) with 150 ml of water. Shake or stir and consume 30 minutes prior to physical activity.

Great product and exactly what I've been looking for in a long time in a pre workout, blueberry especially and will be looking for future products. Thank you 🙏🏽
Currently cutting, took 1 scoop 20 mins before training pull. Managed to progress all lifts and endurance/engergy and pump was comparable to being on high carbs. The none stim formula helped me concentrate on my workout vs other formulas which can cause a itchy reaction which is not beneficial.
When it comes to pre workout it's safe to say I have tried a few. With bad after effects, shaking along with a tingling face I am now cautious with the products I buy. Flavour: I purchased the Blueberry flavour which I have got to say is the nicest tasting prework out I have ever had, it doesn't leave any nasty after taste in your mouth, I tried one heaped scoop 30 minutes before a 4 mile run. Effect: whilst running I noticed I didn't get any cramping or lactic acid build up in my calves which is something I struggle with on a daily occurrence! 2.5 miles in to my run, I am feeling great, I have no cramp, I am not tired and I feel like I could run forever. End of my run I noticed it's the fastest I have ran all month, I've been running 6 days a week for charity and had started to become lethargic in my runs but not today! After effect: Once I was back home, showered and rested, I've noticed I have no legs cramps, muscles feel relaxed and I have no nasty come down effects off this product! I highly recommend this product, for guaranteed endurance, flavour, no nasty after effects not only does it look great it exceeded my expectations! I will be ordering again! I can't wait to try the watermelon!
